While holidaying in Melbourne i get a call the morning of the day we are leaving from the airport carpark to say my car battery is flat, I call my brother and he says to call Battery Australia, this is after id called Racq who were going to charge me $99 to sign up, $100 call out fee and then $895 for the battery and installation. When I called Battery Australia Sam answers my call, I explained my situation and that I was in Melbourne but my car was at the airport and if he'd be able to replace my battery and the cost, Sam was amazingly helpful and upfront with the cost which he said $309 fully installed and I can be there in 1.5-2hrs. Sam went and replaced the battery in my car and kept me updated the whole time regarding the process, he was fantastic to deal with and made my day much less stressful, thanks again champ 🏆 ~ Linda C

I had an urgent situation today when my 2021 Subaru Outback wouldn’t start after shopping at Costco in Ipswich. This was the second time I encountered a battery issue, and with heavy rain and a thunderstorm, I was stuck with my family inside the car, trying to find help. Luckily, I found Sam on Google Maps, and despite the terrible weather, he quickly came to my rescue. He helped jump-start my car and even took the time to replace the battery at a nearby gas station. Wow!! Our truck had been sitting idle for a few years after my husband got sick and passed away. The battery would not charge up so I rang Battery Australia to try new batteries. To my astonishment Ranjit came within 40 minutes on a Sunday, took off the old batteries, fitted new ones, checked the oil, coolants and pumps then to my further amazement started the truck and drove it a bit. It sounded great! Ranjit was very pleasant to deal with and carefully checked everything for me. Very pleased with the promptness and service of Battery Australia and reasonably priced too. I highly recommend Batteries Australia if you need battery supply, install or testing. I called them to quote a replacement for my 2019 VW Golf when it was flat in the morning. They answered the phone quickly even before 7am, provided a quote within minutes, kept me updated on arrival time and explained the whole process to me. The technician provided me with the highest quality brand (Century) and variant of battery for by far the lowest quote I could find. Sam embraces what I feel is lacking in most entrepreneurial businesses. He helped us in a pickle on a Saturday night when our car battery decided to pack it in. He offered options for three different batteries which he had in stock, with and without fitting. We agreed what I feel was a very competitive price for a top quality Bosch battery and decided on a convenient location to fit the battery. Later in the morning I was greeted by Sam and Ranjit. They managed to replace my battery within 15 mins and provided advice on how to prolong the battery. This is my second time having Sam to replace my cars batteris, the first one was my little Mazda CX3 Sam helped me again with another fresh battery while I was away and got my Toyota Kluger's Battery died. Sam answered my call and quoted me the cheapest out of everyone in my area (I called 4 in total) he also had the fastest turn around time as well. My mobile callout appt was booked within the hour and he was at my premises in 45mins. He was polite, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Great customer service received. Sam was incredibly helpful in swapping out a dead battery on one of my car share vehicles yesterday. Called him in the morning and by that afternoon he had installed and swapped over the battery without me needing to be there!
